SCIM2.0 with genesys purecloud error

Hi,

I am trying to connect purecloud to sailpoint using SCIM2.0 and client credentials grant type but it is not working. I did test with postman and it worked.

I tried OAUTH TOKEN URLS:

Host url

I tested the same with Postman and was able to get it to work.

Can someone please asist?

Error Received:

Test Connection FailedToken generation failed. Unable to generate access token. Response returned: {"error":"invalid_client","description":"multiple credentials specified","error_description":"multiple credentials specified"}

Hi,

I'm not familiar with sailpoint. Please review Grant - Client Crendentials and ensure that your Authorization header is set correctly in the request.

HI did you get Sailpoint SCIM to work in the end? Did you need any third party or special connector for it?
