We are using Genesys Cloud for Salesforce and using Extension point for Screen pop -
Use the extension points to customize screen pop - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
Screen Pop on inbound interactions works great. But Screen pop appears on all agents when the interaction alerts. Even though agent do not pick up the call, the screen pop will be loaded. We have more than 100 agents and they all receive Screen pop on interaction alert.
Is there any settings so Screen pop should pop once the interaction connected by an agent.
Appreciate your help on this.
