I was wondering if it is possible to have a screenpop-url set to a protocol different than https/http?
If that could be done it would simplify the screenpop-process to customized apps, as they could register at install time as handler for that protocol.

As far as I know, the "Scripter.Open URL" action in a Script only works with http and https.
If you try to do something like "whateverprotocol://myserver.mydomain.com/abcd", the Genesys Desktop Script will change this value, adding https (to have something like: https://whatever//myserver.mydomain.com/abcd).
