We have developed a solution that uses script actions in order to get some genesys built in variables but it fails regularly, the field shows empty in some cases.
It seems like Genesys fails to load the data so data actions fail as they dont get interaction attribute.
specifically when data comes from an outbound contact list, the data is showed up in contact list but script is not capable to get this data and excute data action.
