Script to select wrap up code from a list

Hi guys, sorry to bother asking this but i'm wondering if it's possible to have a genesys cloud script to show and give the user the hability to select the wrap up code from a list inside the script.
The sheer amount of wrap up codes this customer wants it's so much that we are thinking any way to give the agents a better way to pick and choose.

Hi Martinez,

Currently we do not have this functionality in scripter. You could pull the list of wrapup codes, I believe, using a data action. The problem will come when trying to set it. I believe you need user context on the api call to set the wrap up so going the data action route will not work for setting wrap up if you need user context. I do not have the ticket/idea in hand but I believe there is an existing idea out there for doing this and you could up vote that. That idea would add this functionality to scripter.
