Send messages to a chat without agent account

Hello,

is it possible to send messages to a chat without an agent account?
The usecase is: a customer starts a chat and i would like to access and send automatic messages, before the chatsession will be routed to the agent. Is this possible?

You can use inbound chat flows to send responses to a chat prior to routing to a queue.
