Hi, wanted to know who I can send message to genesys while i use IVR flow from external source, is there is any way I can use WEBhook or API or something?
What do you mean "send a message to Genesys"? Genesys is a company; I assume you're trying to accomplish something within Genesys Cloud, but what?
I am using IVR flow, now I want to use an API that I can send what user says to the server and then send a response from server back and use that response to send it to the user
is it possible, if not can you please suggest any approach.
It sounds like this is a duplicate of your other post: Send a text to genesys cloud and then to user - #3 by varun. There's no feature to send arbitrary messages to a user in Genesys Cloud
