Hi Team,
I notice when leveraging the AWS Lex V1 integration and using a send response in architect, the response that appears before my bot flow would repeat itself when a user tries to use the Lex bot. Please see screenshot below. Are there any fixes for this?
Also, on the AWS Lex side of things, I have tested out context ordering which force users to start from the configured greeting intent then go through the rest of the bot. I notice when this is configured, it works perfectly in the AWS Lex console but not in the web messenger. Are there any suggestions for this as well?
