Sending message at the end of a conversation

Hi All,

We need to send a message to the customer at the end of a webmessaging session. Right now we have it working with canned responses, but would love to remove that step for the agents. Is there any other method that allows us to send an ending message once the agent ends the conversation? Would be similar to how we send a "we are connecting you to an agent" message after the customer sends their first message.
