I'm trying to run an audit query to see if the system logged a user out, the supervisor did it or the user themselves did it. I'm not sure what to put in the serviceName field. I've tried ContactCenter and Presence but neither of those are returning log in/out data.

Unfortunately, only login (in fact Authenticate) is available in Audit (Audit Query Job).
This is with the "PeoplePermissions" - "AuthUser" - "Authenticate".
Logout ("Un-Authenticate") is not available at this time.
