ServiceNow Virtual Assistant handoff to Genesys Chat

Has anyone integrated ServiceNow Virtual Assistant and Genesys cloud chat? We are trying to use the ServiceNow Virtual Assistant as a front-end bot and hand off to Genesys cloud chat SEAMLESSLY. Key word here is SEAMLESSLY.

Right now we have the integration in place but from a CX perspective it is clunky and confusing to the end user which chatbox they should interact with.
