Set Conversation Type Icon On Agent UI

Hello,

We have got an existing facebook messaging integration outside of Genesys Cloud and we use Open Messaging to integrate all types of conversations from all of our messaging channels such as our own chat widget, facebook etc.
When I try built-in facebook integration of Genesys Cloud the icon of the conversation is differs as Facebook Messenger icon.
Similarly, I need to inform the agent by setting the conversation type icon according to originated messaging channel on Genesys Cloud Open Messaging.
Can I do that?

I also tried to Set Participant Data of "Message.Message.type" with "facebook" value in the Architect Message Flow, but nothing changed.

I would be appreciated for any solution to set this icon by an API or Architect block etc.

No, it is not possible to change/set the Media Type icon.
The icon is set per the type of messaging conversation (open messaging, web messaging, facebook, ...) and cannot be changed once the conversation is created.
