Set customer name in agent call interaction

Hello there,

How can I set the Name of the user in the agent call interaction window?
I have already created an external contact in Genesys for this phone number.

But it still shows' No Name' on receiving a call with this number. Do I need to do something else? Or is there any other way of doing it?
