I am looking to see if we can assign an Extension Number to route to a Call Flow, or Call Route, or even directly to a Queue? Then while in a Inbound Call Flow and entering an extension, if a specific extension is entered, PureCloud will transfer over to the assigned Inbound Call Flow/Call Route/Queue directly
This is a general configuration question so it's more appropriate to be posted on the PureCloud Community Forum. Having said that, extensions can only be assigned to users or groups.
