SIP refer OUT to my conversational platform

I would like to call Genesys Cloud (architect likely), and transfer the call OUT to my conversational platform using SIP refer.

This means I can then REFER back to Genesys, and drop the conversational AI platform as a call leg, and pass on REFER headers. The headers I can do already, as we utilise the UUI function.

The main guidance I require is how I set up the initial call from Genesys to the conversational platform.

Enabling the release link transfer setting on the trunk and using the release link option on transfer should make it use a SIP REFER when initiating the transfer. Note that this requires you to be using a BYOC trunk that supports the REFER message. PureCloud Voice does not support this feature.
