SMS Integrations with 3rd Party Providers

We are trying to have Sinch SMS API / HTTP connection to work inside Genesys PC. I cannot find a detailed description or answer to this question anywhere

Can you give a little more context. Are you trying to setup a web hook? Is there a pre-defined integration that you are trying to get working.

No this is not a web hook it is actually service provider credentials that allows Genesys to send outbound SMS through the Sinch messaging platform. I have seen that there are automatic configurations for other SMS providers by simply clicking them from a drop down list. Can we implement similar configuration for a Sinch option as well.

Where have you seen this for the Genesys Cloud platform?
I am not aware of such possibility with 3rd party providers. Unless I missed something.
