Speech Recognition/ASR IVR sample flow

Hi there, I am looking for Genesys Cloud speech recognition/ASR sample call flow if anyone could help/share please?

  • The flow that able to prompt/inform the customer if the IVR cannot understand what the customer said. Example response like "I cannot understand what you said, could you please repeat"
  • The flow that able to remind the customer to say something if there is no response/silent from the customer
