Start whatsApp interaction on Genesys Cloud CX

Is there any option to start a whatsApp conversation using the genesys cloud console or Salesforce embeded client? If client previously have contacted with us through whatsapp I would like to interact with same through the same channel. Checking on new interaction options I only see email, phone or SMS.

@Miquel_Trilla_Romero there is not a way to proactively reach out to the WhatsApp end customer natively in the Genesys Cloud UI today. There is however the Agentless API that allows you to do this with the WhatsApp channel. This may or may not fit your use case exactly.
