/api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query almost 165 times a minute
Needless to say, Genesys finance department loves me! Is there a way for us to somehow just subscribe to the stat stream and avoid this constant querying? There must be a smarter way to retrieve info on the current calls, people connected to it, and stats for the wallboard server!
