System Prompt - Can unsupported languages use runtime data playback feature by uploading system prompt?

Hello Everyone,

We would like to use the "position in queue" feature in a call flow that is associated with several language.
Some of these language are not supported (ex: Czech, Hungarian, ...).

Is it possible to upload system prompt for these unsupported language and have the "position in queue" feature work ?
It seems that the issue is with the runtime data playback.

Thank you in advance,

Antoine

Hi,

Unfortunately Genesys Cloud does not support all languages. Take a look at the Genesys Cloud supported languages for more info on language support. A text-to-speech engine may work for your use case. Checkout About text-to-speech engines.

Thanks,

Mike

I wanted to jump in on this topic since it's relatively new.

This would go for "Verification" on "Collect Input Actions" also correct?

Our customer originally had verification turned on for their account number read back, now they are wanting to add additional languages that runtime data does not support.

Can you confirm that this is the case? If so, either I need to look into a TTS engine or we will have to turn off the read back of the account numbers.

Thanks.

The verification option on the Collect Input Action falls under runtime data playback. So even if a 3rd party TTS engine supports the new languages, they still need to be covered under Genesys Supported Languages above to use the verification option.
