tAcw metric is varying with time

We have a scheduled Azure Function which runs every 30 minutes. At the time of execution, a query is submitted in the time interval from 60 minutes before time of execution to 30 minutes before time of execution.

The values for the tAcw metric depends on when you submit a query. For example, the file generated on 15 March 2023 is show side by side with the results of a query run today on a local machine.

I have seen other tickets with the same problem
Some information missing when running live interval time - Analytics and Reporting - Genesys Cloud Developer Forum

Genesys Cloud provides data as a service. The data is correct at the time you retrieve it. If the data changes and you retrieve it again, you'll get a different result. If you believe the results you're getting do not reflect the actual data at the time the query was executed, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate as we do not have access to your data via the forum.

The queries in both cases are for agent interaction metrics in the past. The time interval for the queries and the body of the request are identical.

Looks like somebody changed the rounding precision on that metric

There is another example of different data which cannot be explained by rounding

Hi Gerard,

If you believe the metrics do not reflect the data at the time it was executed, the only real option is to open a ticket with our Care.
