The Genesys and MS team status is not getting Synch

Hi,
We got the below response from Genesys in which they stated it's a bug.
"I checked your issue with my colleagues, and they notified me if this is a bug in our system this should be handled another way. As this is a blueprint that you are trying to have in your system and not an official release of Genesys, you can turn to our developers directly to review this bug."

Kindly help to get this sorted out at the earliest.
