When a campaign call is received from Salesforce, or when an outbound call is made by an user (in both cases), the Salesforce user opens the script and clicks on the "IVR" button
After pressing this button, some buttons should appear at the top of the script that allow you to manage the transfer with the IVR. These buttons used to appear, but today they do not appear.
This is where the buttons should appear.
This happens only from salesforce...
However, if testing directly from Genesys Cloud (without using Salesforce at any point), the IVR buttons do appear in the script.
