Does anyone have tested to provision with a third party softphone like Eyebeam? If so, can you share the configurations changes to have it working?

To use a 3rd party softphone, you would need to set it up as a Generic SIP Device under Phone Management on the PureCloud side. There are some limitation with this phone type. Because PureCloud does not provision them, all phone side configuration would need to be done manually and no configuration assistance is offered. https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-generic-sip-phone/
You would need to make sure that the Port (Phone trunk and the phone itself), Protocol, Digest Authentication, and Line Identification ID match.
