Hello, I'm working on determining how long it typically takes for a call metadata to become available in the backend database after a call has ended and audio file created, for reporting purposes. Specifically, how many seconds or minutes others have seen, is 4-6 minutes common and if anyone has been able to optimize metadata delays to less than 10-30 seconds for ~75k calls per day? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
