I want to know ,How genesys handles the Day Light Saving?

Generally, timestamps are in UTC so daylight savings doesn't apply. If timestamps are not in UTC, any processing inside Genesys Cloud will apply proper DST calculations. Regardless, the timestamps communicated in API responses will include the timezone so that you can take appropriate measures to interpret it correctly with regard to DST when doing conversions in your application.

If I want to get the data for an interval of 9AM to 9PM for America/NewYork timezone daily, then how should I pass the interval so that the day light savings will be taken care automatically.
