Do we have any solution for the nudge message?

When the user doesn't type anything for a while, I want to show a nudge message like "Hi! You've been inactive for a while..."

Do we have any ways to do that?

Hi @AnNN2 we don't have any automatic "nudge", also considering End-User might be offline when the potential nudge is sent.
We are planning to have push notifications for when an Agent sends an outbound message while End-User is offline (typically upon message delivery failure), which should help.
