TPIN setup in IVR

We have certain functionalities which we're expecting to achieve for TPIN (a phone PIN generated for a mobile number) validation using GCX. Please let us know the possibility of the same.

  1. Can TPIN records be stored in Genesys Cloud (with hash encryption).
  2. Can TPIN validation, OTP generation be done at IVR level.
  3. Can we define TPIN rules in IVR - min 5 and max 8 digits, past TPINs shouldn’t be used, no consecutive numbers etc.
  4. Can IVR/Phone Banking channel be blocked after 3 attempts of wrong entry (same call or different calls)
    If possible, can you please suggest on the process to do so.
