Transfer to Number Failing

It should be simple, I have a Transfer to Number node that is set to transfer to a hard coded phone number: +1XXXXXXXXXX. When the transfer happens, it goes down the failure path, and I don't know why. Is there anything else I need to configure? Or do I need to contact Genesys directly over this?

This would be better placed in the Community rather than developer forum but there are some things to check.

Change the flow to route to a queue and have the agent Blind Transfer to the same number.
Look at the PCAP/SIP traces for the call in the Interactions Details View.
Check the site your inbound trunk is connected to that it can place outbound calls.
Check your trunk settings and carrier options.

Two scenarios I have commonly seen are not being allowed to call from the site the trunk is on and PAI/Other SIP Headers on Blind transfers which do not allow the caller CLI to be passed through and disconnect the call.

During the troubleshooting process I was changing various things, so I don't know exactly which one it was, but I think the issue was the site we were using. We were using a site from our provider, but I think we had to make our own site. The transfer is working now; thank you!
