Transfer to Queue Cancel

Hi,

I'm configuring a Inbound call and when a transfer my call to a queue I wanna add a option to the caller can cancel the transfer to go to the voicemail by press a digit, it is possible in the Architect?

Use an inqueue call flow while the caller is in queue. In that flow, use a collect input action to ask if they want to leave a voicemail. If so, use the transfer to voicemail action with target type queue.

With the collect input action it is possible to I get the number any time on the transfer?

Because my intention is to possibility to the caller to press a number by any time until hold the transfer, to cancel the the transfer to a queue to I send to the voicemail.

Not anytime, only during the collect input action. However if the collect is the only action in your flow, it's almost anytime.
