This announcement informs you of an upcoming change regarding our developer forum communications. We are retiring our current developer announcement forum and transitioning to a new, integrated Developer Announcement section within our main Community Forums.

Change Context
In an effort to consolidate efforts across Genesys, we've moved the dev forum to be a community within the Community Forums. This will allow Genesys Cloud developers to go to a single site to be able to find and ask questions about both product and developer topics. We now have a new section for our Developer Announcement in that community.
To use the community forums, you'll need a Genesys Access Pass (Okta SSO account). If you are a customer or partner that currently interacts with Care or you can already sign in to the community forum, you're all set! If you're a person that's neither a customer nor partner, or if you are and don't currently have a Genesys Access Pass, visit this page to request an account: Sign Up and Sign In - Genesys. Change Impact
This forum's content will be migrated prior to the cutover to retain the rich history we've created together on this forum over the last 8 years. While the content will be migrated, there is no mapping of users between the two sites so all posts will be attributed to the developer community at large.
Until the cutover date, the Breaking change announcements will be posted on both our old and new forum. Please start following announcements on our new forum to stay notified.
