In my DataAction I call a url to send it my conversationId. But every time I do the test nothing happens. Did I do something wrong in the configuration?

One thing to check is that conversationId is configured to be an input to the architect workflow. You could also check your audits to see if the workflow has been disabled due to any issues.
Beyond that you may need to open a support ticket to help understand why this isn't working for you.
