Trigger surveys on 3rd party email conversations

Hi

Going through the SDK's, i can't find any way to trigger a survey on a conversation.
Basically I want to trigger a survey based on some business logic (outside of Genesys Cloud) for ant type of conversation, but mostly on 3rd party email objects.

I need another way then using the policies, and preferably a different timeframe (other then 72 hours).
Now it seems the only way is to use Policies to trigger surveys on common ACD conversations, but that is not working on 3rd party email/chat objects.

Any help or hint would be appreciated.
