Triggering AudioHook from Architect Flow

Hi Genesys team,

I've been having some difficulty triggering AudioHook through Architect. I'm trying to kick it off with a Transcription block like this:

The block completes when I call into the flow, but my AudioHook server isn't receiving any session (I know this from the server's logs).

Things I've checked:

  • AudioHook is installed and activated
  • Voice transcription is enabled under Admin > Quality > Speech and Text Analytics
  • For my External Trunk, "Record calls on this trunk" and "Dual channel" are enabled

I've also tried using AudioHook with an ACD Queue and it works well like that.

Is there something else I need to do to trigger it from Architect?

Figured it out, and I feel a bit silly. Within the flow, Settings > Recording and Speech Recognition > Suppress recording for the entire flow was set to true. Unchecking that setting did the trick.
