I am opening this ticket on behalf of customer Wrendata. Their contact Martin Browne is attempting to write a script that will use API calls to upload contacts pulled from an Excel spreadsheet to PureCloud. He is running into issue however. My team (PureCloud Support) has verified that the API calls he is trying to use are working, but beyond that we ca not offer assistance. Can anyone here offer further assistance to Martin?
I have made Martin aware of this thread and will have to defer to him for details of his script, please ask any relevant questions as needed.
