Twitter integration API doesn't offer the sandbox option

The twitter integration seem to only allow Premium or Enterprise subscriptions, and not sandbox.
We had the possibility to create sandbox twitter integration before, is this 'new feature' expected ?

I used the following:

Hello,

I think you just need to use tier = premium in the API request.
I know nothing about the twitter integration - I mean I never tried it - but this page still mentions sandbox.
And the Configure ACD messaging for Twitter Direct Messaging says the following for App Tier: "In the App Tier box, select the type of Twitter developer account you have. Choose “Enterprise” or “Sandbox (free) or Premium.”"
So apparently, tier=premium is used in case of Sandbox and of Premium.

Hi
thanks, yes it looks like tier has to be Premium.
But when creating the twitter integration with a sandbox, an error is sent back referring to twitter account having to be 'Premium'.
Have also raised this with support # 0003017830

Cheers,
Jean-Christophe

I have managed to resolve my issue, Feedback on the build of integration.

In Genesys:
https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/rest/v2/conversations/#post-api-v2-conversations-messaging-integrations-twitter
defines tier as (string required ) The type of twitter account to be used for the integration. Valid values: premium, enterprise.
This doesn't reflect on the actual environment type in Twitter

In Twitter dev environment
It doesn't need to be 'Premium'
It's possible to connect a 'sandbox'

For the integration to work 'Dev environment label' is needed (unsure if this is Genesys end or Twitter end).

Some insight on which Twitter API being used in the Genesys Twitter Messaging integration would be useful:
api name or version

Hello

I am on a similar problem.

The "Sandbox" subscription no longer seems to be used on Twitter but rather "Essential".

When configuring I always get the following error message.

I however authorize the sending of private message on the account and also put the authorizations of reader, writes
Thank you

Hello,

I would suggest to open a ticket with Genesys Cloud Customer Care to report the problem.

We can't create tickets on behalf of customers/partners on this forum.
