I have a queue with around 270 members linked to this "Test Campaign v2"
This campaign has the option of "Agent-Owned Column" disabled. However, when I try to run it, it shows the error saying that cannot use a queue with more than 200 members.
In this case, I don't know.
As the alert message specifically mentions a campaign with agent owned records, and as your campaign does not appear to be created this way, I'd suggest to open a ticket with Genesys Cloud Customer Care.
We don't have access and can't investigate customer data via the forum.
