Hi all, i have created a web messenger configuration in our test ORG and i wanted to generate a test web message via the developer tools (Web chat/messaging Tools). i select web messenger, i pick my deployment from the list (it is deployed and active, i can select it from the list) and then i click start chat. At this point i get an error message like this:
Unable to start chat - Missing configuration(s): please select a deployment
This makes no sense at all, the deployment is active, visible and I can select it. To confirm, the deployment works well, if i add the JS code to a local HTML file, i can start a chat without any problems. It is just the developer tool which doesnt want to work with this widget.
What is wrong with the configuration? Clearly the error message is not right.
