Update name for multiple wrapup codes using API

Hello - I want to update multiple wrapup code names, can it be done through the API explorer or Data Action? I don't see anything on the API explorer, but if it can be done via data action , how can I achieve it ?

For ex:- I have wrapup code name as :-1:

abc1
abc2
abc3
........
........
abc90

I want to change it to
xyz_abc1
xyz_abc2
xyz_abc3
...........
...........
xyz_abs95
