Based on my reading, it seems the only way to go from Web Chat Version 1.0 to 2.0 is to create a new widget and deploy the new widget. Is there an easier way to simply update the version of the pre-existing widget without performing a new deploy and widget to the service?
You would need to create a new widget and deploy a new widget. There's no migration option between v1.0 and v2 widget.
