I’m new to the Genesys world, and I haven’t completed the Genesys training yet. However, I’m currently working on an urgent topic and would like someone to help me or give me some guidance.
I’m using PSDK 9 with Java 17, and I’m looking for a method to stop/start outbound calling campaigns based on their name or ID. I found in the documentation that this can be managed with the Outbound Contact Platform.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.
