I have a requirement that some users will only have access to edit a Data Table in Genesys Cloud. Actually they should be allowed to update a piket telefon number in a Data Table.
I check and this requires the architect:datatable:edit permission which requires a Communicate License, which is about 8E/month/user. Of course our customer is not willing to pay dat amount for all his employees for such a small task.
Is there any other way this can be achieved? I was thinking to do an IVR for this but it's not very professional and this requires TTS which also needs to be payed.
What other solutions would be there?
