Okta is requiring a third-party telephony provider to initiate a voice or SMS call for 2FA. Does PureCloud offer the ability via an API to make voice or SMS calls to an external number?
Genesys Cloud does have agentless dialing. Create an agentless campaign - Genesys Cloud Resource Center However I'm not aware of Okta's requirements for this integration, so I can't say if you can use this to meet those requirements.
Thanks Tim. This doesn't look like it will work for our needs as we need the ability to dial any number based on a user requesting a authentication code from Okta.
