Are P2P video chat APIs documented/available? We are looking to invoke these APIs on a custom web-client (user and agent side) to be able to initiate a video chat from within our service, as well as provide screen share capabilities.
I see this previous post, but there are no updates there.
Any API documentation or guidance here would be appreciated.

Could you elaborate on whether there are existing plans to make video APIs available? Or why they are not available? (See the post I linked to)
For screen share for voice, if the web chat widget is integrated into the caller's web view, is it possible to have the agent view be outside of the native purecloud UI?
We currently have a solution with which we leverage purecloud telephony APIs to connect callers to agents who use our own UI, would it be possible to have screen share also be accessible through our custom UI?
It's not currently planned that I'm aware of.
There are not currently APIs available to implement the agent side. You will need to use the standard PureCloud client to use screen share or cobrowse.
