Hello,
I have configured CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce in our Salesforce org. Currently, I am unable to view call recordings directly within Salesforce. Instead, I can only access them via a link that redirects to Genesys Cloud.
I would like to know if it is possible to view or access call recordings directly within Salesforce without having to navigate to Genesys Cloud. Is this functionality available through the CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce package?
Additionally, if there are any configurations or settings required to enable this functionality, can someone provide guidance on how to implement them?
