Viewing SMS sent from other systems in interaction history

Hello,

I'm looking for options as to how SMS sent from our other systems can be viewed in Genesys in the single customer view via external contact, or possibly the interaction history.

In terms of volumes, we are talking hundreds of thousands per month so a bulk approach will probably be appropriate so to not affect API throttling, I'm aware that only certain features support bulk integrations.
