Voice bot flow ability to perform automation

Hi All,
We are looking for the capability for the Voice bot to perform automation tasks and send emails to customers containing the information they have requested.

A rough example use case:

Bot: What can I do for you?
Customer: I am looking for the procedure to submit a claim
Bot: Do you want us to send you the submit claim article to you via email?
Customer: Yes
Bot: <<//Automation//>> bot send the submit claim article to the customer via email.

You should be able to do that with Data Actions.
