You should only specify values for properties that you intend to set. Are you getting any particular errors in the response? What behavior are you experiencing when you say "voice not working"?
No errors. I'm able to answer the call but I cannot hear voice, its dead air. If i place call directly from genesys cloud voice is working.
Are you using a WebRTC station? If so, have you enabled placing calls with other apps? See step 2 under Configure the Genesys Cloud WebRTC phone settings on the Resource Center: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/select-genesys-cloud-webrtc-phone-as-your-phone/
If you're not using a WebRTC station or you have enabled placing calls with other apps, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further as the API is behaving as expected. The API response is successful, so the issue isn't with the API itself; the dialing process is asynchronous and once the API returns, further troubleshooting needs to be conducted by Care.
I enabled placing calls with other apps, voice worked.
