Hi - is there anyway to separate the callers/agents name and the text of their transcripted conversations, from the purecloud__PureCloud_Chat_Transcript__c conversaton entry? At the moment the name and subsequent voice transcript entry is all one string.
I've been told that it needs to be filtered out at the Salesforce end but I just wondered if this was something that could be done at our end.
