The API for getting the transcript URL is returning 404 not found. I'm calling it 4 Minutes after the interaction is over. Is there any time frame for the transcriptions to be created inside the Genesys cloud? Or is it happening in real time?

I created a voice conversation and tested this API resource against it and got a 200 response. This was within 4 minutes of disconnect, so I don't think your wait window is an issue. Are you sure your communicationId is correct? See this thread for where to get communicationId
